Program Description
The Mill's Foundations Program provides you with 4 one-on-one sessions with an experienced trainer to learn the lifts and skills prior to joining general sessions. We'll make sure you are confident before jumping into classes! The package also comes with 6 additional sessions to use in any of our classes and programs.
