The Mill's Kids and Teens CrossFit program blends fun and fitness to instill healthy habits and build strength for a lifetime. This class is for both athletes looking to perform better on the field/court, and kids looking for an activity where they can build confidence, get stronger, and have fun!
Fitness should be fun! We make sure of that especially in our Youth Programs
Build strength, coordination, and confidence in young athletes
Safety first! Our trainers start with form, then build from there
Improve performance in sports! Athletes will notice the skill transfer to the court/field
